VETERINARY STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

Thank you for your support of veterinary students. Please complete the below form to submit your letter of recommendation. Please note, the email of the student you are recommending MUST match the email they provided in their scholarship application.

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for Letters of Recommendation was October 15, 2023 at 6pm PT. Whether or not your letter will be accepted will be up to the scholarship committee.
