VIN Foundation Download My IDR Progress FAQs and SUPPORT

Installation Instructions

Step 1) Go to the Chrome Web Store page for Download My IDR Progress extension

Step 2) Navigate to IDR Payment History on studentaid.gov

Step 3) Refresh the page one time, click the extension and hit “START”

Step 4) Save your downloaded IDR payment history to your device

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Will this work on a Mac?

Yes. You can download a Chrome extension on a Mac as long as you are using the Google Chrome Browser.

I click the start button on my extension and it doesn’t do anything?

Refresh your page one time and click the extension START button again.
